What helps us reply faster
- Tell us which city or hotel page you're writing about (a URL is perfect).
- If something is broken, describe what you saw vs. what you expected.
- For partnership or press requests, please include the company name and a short description of the proposal.
Things we cannot help with
We are not a booking agency. We do not handle reservations, refunds, check-in problems or disputes — those need to go to the booking platform you used (Booking.com, Hotels.com, Agoda, or the hotel directly). If you're in that situation and you used one of our affiliate links, the platform's customer support is your fastest path to a fix.
